Took this on a full day of fly fishing and the roomy main compartment swallowed my fly boxes, tippet spools, and a water bottle without bulging. The gear stays organized and right where I can grab it, which beats digging through a vest any day. Genuinely impressed with how much it holds.

The sling design makes it so easy to swing the pack around and grab a fly box without taking it off. Plenty of room for a couple of boxes, tippet, and a water bottle, and the strap sits comfortably all day.

Took this on a full day of wading and the front pocket held my fly boxes right where I could grab them without swinging the whole pack around. The roomy main compartment swallowed a rain shell and lunch with space left over.
