Mausy McMouseface

Tied this on before dusk and had a big brookie smash it within ten casts—the texture must be spot-on because it drifted through the current like something alive. The hook-keeping design is solid too, no slipping even after a hard fight.

Worked the foam along a weedline last night and got three solid takes before midnight—the silhouette sits low enough that even picky brookies commit. Been through a half-dozen patterns and this one's the first that doesn't spin on the strip.

Tied one on at dusk and the mouse pattern skated across the surface just right—that hookup was immediate, not even a pause. Landed three brookies in an hour, so I’d say the fish definitely don’t care about the awards, they just want this thing in their face.
