I’ve worn it through two rainy commutes already and the Sylkoil waxed cotton just beads the water right off, no soaking through at all. The fit is spot-on for layering a sweater underneath, and it’s already starting to break in nicely.

The corduroy trim on the collar is a nice touch that keeps it from feeling too stiff, and the Sylkoil waxed cotton has already shrugged off a few surprise showers without soaking through. It's heavier than my usual jackets, but that's exactly what I wanted for this weather.
