Ultra Wire

This wire bends easily around midge patterns but still holds its shape once it's on the hook. I've been using it for ribbing on nymphs and it hasn't frayed or snapped once.

I tie a lot of nymphs and this wire holds its shape without kinking, which saves me from redoing ribbing halfway through a fly. Flexible enough to wrap tight on small hooks but still durable after a few snags in the water.

The wire wraps tight around the hook shank without kinking, which is exactly what I needed for smaller nymph patterns. It holds its shape well even after a few fish, and I've already ordered a second spool.
