The collar sits high enough to really block the wind, which I didn't expect from a jacket this stylish. It’s already seen a few rainy commutes and the water just beads right off the waxed cotton.
The waxed cotton handled a full day of drizzle without a drop getting through, and the collar sat snug enough to keep the wind off my neck. It's got that broken-in feel right out of the box, not stiff like I expected.
The collar actually stands up stiff enough to block a proper gust, which I wasn't expecting from a jacket this trim. Wore it through a full day of drizzle and my shirt stayed bone dry underneath, so the waxed cotton is doing its job.
