予備のスプールにセカンドラインを装填しておけば、状況に応じて戦略を変えることができます。Clearwater® エキストラ フライライン スプールは、水辺で常に準備を整えておけるよう設計されています。
Bought a second spool so I could keep a sink tip line ready without re-rigging on the bank. The swap takes seconds and the line seats evenly every time, no wobble or tangles. Now I just grab whichever spool matches the water.
Having two spools pre-loaded means I can switch from a dry fly to a streamer in under a minute instead of re-rigging on the bank. The extra spool seats cleanly in my vest pocket and the line hasn't tangled once. Exactly what I needed for days when the hatch dies off.
Swapping from a dry fly to a streamer mid-afternoon used to mean re-rigging on the bank, so the second spool saves me real time. The click into the reel seat is a bit stiff at first, but it loosens up after a few changes.
