Snapped my dial mid-trip last season and had to sit out two days, so this time I threw the kit in my boot bag before a week at the coast. Everything needed to swap the lace and dial was in there.
Having a spare dial and lace on hand saved my last trip when the cable frayed at the lake. The kit comes with everything needed to swap it out, and the replacement dial clicks in just as tight as the original.
Bought this after my lace snapped on a trip and I was stuck. The kit has both the dial and replacement laces, so I swapped everything in about ten minutes and my boots are back in the water.
