My old hunting collar finally gave out after a decade, so I grabbed this leather one to replace it and I'm glad I did. The leather is thick and stiff at first but it's already breaking in nicely, and the classic look fits right in on any hunt. My dog doesn't seem to mind it either, which says a lot.
The stitching and buckle feel solid, and the leather softened up nicely after just a few wet hunts. My dog wears it all day without any rubbing, and it’s held up perfectly through thick brush so far.
