Tied this on after spotting tails in about a foot of water and the bonefish absolutely hammered it. The scampi's movement in the water looks way more lifelike than the generic patterns I used to throw, even on a slow retrieve.

First cast in the crystal-clear flats and that lifelike scampi movement got a bonefish to turn instantly—wild to watch the fly work its magic in the water. The realistic profile held up great after a dozen toothy takes too.

The hook shape and feathering look almost exactly like a real shrimp when it’s stripped slowly across the flats. I tied one on for a morning session and had three follows within the first hour—they were clearly keyed in on it. Can’t ask for much more from a scampi pattern.
