Clearwater® Two-Handed Fly Rod Outfit

Took this out on a wide river for the first time and the smooth-loading action made long casts feel almost effortless. It still has enough feel to handle in-close presentations, which I didn't expect from a rod this length.

I've been fishing tighter streams for years and wasn't sure a two-hander would feel right, but the smooth-loading action makes short casts surprisingly easy. It handles long-range work too, so I stopped bringing a second rod.

Switched from single-hand rods and this outfit loads so smoothly I barely had to adjust my timing. It handles the tight in-close casts on my home river just as well as bombing streamers across the far seam. Two seasons in and the cork's still holding up great.
