Loon Fly-Tying Mat

Dropped a size 18 bead twice and it stayed right on the mat instead of rolling under the desk. The silicone is grippy but still flexible enough to fold up when I'm done. Finally my tying bench isn't a disaster zone.

The silicone has just enough grip that my hooks and beads stay put instead of sliding around, and it wipes clean in a second when I'm done. It's flexible too, so I can roll it up and tuck it in my bag for trips.

Got tired of beads rolling off my desk mid-tie, and this mat put a stop to that on day one. The flexible silicone wipes clean easily too, which matters when I've got dubbing wax everywhere.
