Stretch Tubing

Wrapping these around a midge hook takes some patience, but once you get the hang of it the segmented body looks ridiculously real. The stretch means I can pull each wrap tight without tearing it, which my old material never survived.

Wrapping midge bodies used to be fiddly until I tried this tubing, and now the segmentation comes out clean every time. It has just enough give to wrap tight without tearing. My midges finally look like they'll fool picky trout.

This stuff stretches way more than I expected, which makes wrapping midge bodies so much easier. The segmentation looks clean and lifelike once it's on the hook.
