Hydros® Superfine

I've been fishing tight brushy creeks for years and this line finally lets me drop a dry fly softly instead of slapping it down. The superfine taper really does help with control on short casts.

The presentation of this line is what sold me—it lands the fly with a softness I didn't expect in a superfine taper. Even in a tight pocket of water where I usually spook fish, the accuracy is noticeably better. I've only had it out for a few weeks, but it's already my go-to for delicate work.

Casting in tight overgrown spots used to end with my fly snagged on branches, but this line’s precision taper lets me drop it right where I want without spooking the fish. Only knock is it feels a bit stiffer in cold morning air, though it loosens up fine once I’m moving.
