Stripping this across a flat at sunrise got an explosive hit on the very first cast, and the way it floats high really kept me in the strike zone the whole retrieve. It's built tough too, handled a few toothy customers without falling apart.

The way this fly sits on the surface drives me crazy in the best way—it twitches and darts just enough to get aggressive fish slashing at it.
